Enjoy as a steeped tea, in the bath, in a foot bath or in ritual use.

To have as a tea, just add one teaspoon of the Restful Nights tea to your tea infuser, cover with hot water, and let it infuse for 5-7 minutes. Enjoy when the tea has cooled to your preferred temperature.
