Herbal Tea Blend - Green Witch

This adaptogenic tea is incredibly supportive of the nervous system, and the digestive system. Tulsi, or the sacred Holy Basil has been used for almost 3000 years in Ayurveda, and is utilised for whole-body health. This blend has a pleasant herbal flavour with notes of peppermint and lemon.

Enjoy as a steeped tea, in the bath, in a foot bath or in ritual use.

To have as a tea, just add one teaspoon of the Green Witch tea to your tea infuser, cover with boiling water, and let it infuse for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy when the tea has cooled to your preferred temperature.
